If I live outside of Johannesburg (see map, yellow radius), when will my order be delivered?
We will deliver your order as soon as possible. you can expect your order within 2 to 5 business days after placing your order.
If I live in live in Johannesburg, when will my order be delivered?
The courier will deliver on the same day as collection, unless otherwise communicated. Thereafter, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 1-2 business days.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00.
Do you deliver after hours & on weekends?
We do not deliver on weekends but occasionally after hours depending on the delivery schedule.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
No, we do not deliver on public holidays.
What do you charge for delivery within South Africa?
The standard rate for delivery is R97,75 VAT incl for all orders in Johannesburg.
The price does increase for any orders placed outside of Johannesburg & Pretoria (see map, yellow radius) to be delivered and it all depends on the parcel size as well as destination address. The set delivery fee for outside of Gauteng is R150 VAT incl.
Do you deliver to CPT & DBN? How much and when can I expect delivery to cost?
Our nominated courier, Community Couriers, does not yet deliver nationally but they will contract through MDS Couriers for these deliveries.
Delivery to CPT & DBN can take approximately 3 to 5 business days and can cost around R250 VAT incl, at most depending on the box size and weight. This approximate cost is calculated with a few variables in mind and estimated for a box weighing 9kgs and in size 30x30x30cm. Take note, it is an approximate estimation as the courier only sends through the final pricing after they collected and weighed as well as measured the box themselves. Also, they do not offer any insurance for delicate or perishable goods, but do handle parcels with care.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is assigned for delivery, you will receive an SMS with the estimated time of arrival. Once your order is on the way to you, you will receive an SMS with updated estimated time of arrival and live tracking link. Please note that the times are estimates as unforeseen circumstances i.e. heavy traffic, etc do occur from time to time.
Can the courier call before delivery?
If you request & require this, yes, absolutely.
Festive Season Order Cut-off Dates for delivery?
The courier service is closed on public holidays and will be closed for the Festive Season on the following dates:
