Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.

This policy applies to all products purchased from leparcbytashas.com. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Returns
You are able to return goods within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh food, flowers, pastries or breads cannot be returned. As well, we don’t accept returns of products bought of sale, gift cards and soaps. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, the item needs to be returned back to Le Parc by tashas.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be considered, including but not limited to:
* Books with obvious signs of use;
* Items that have been opened; and
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us. We recommend using courier services to return the product, as we are not liable for any products lost in the post. Please also ensure when returning the parcel that the product is property protected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days from date of confirmation that the refund has been approved.

If your refund is rejected, your rejected return may be collected or returned at your cost by pre-paid courier.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly to you.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@leparcbytashas.com with your order number and item description and send your item to: tashas Le Parc, Shop u29, Hyde Park Corner, William Nicol Drive & Jan Smuts Avenue & 6th Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa.

Gifts 
If the item was a gift and you do not have a receipt, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return as long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Shipping 
We’ve partnered with Community Couriers (national) and DHL (international) to deliver our products across South Africa and internationally. 

To return a product, you should physically bring or courier your product to: tashas Le Parc, Shop u29, Hyde Park Corner, William Nicol Drive & Jan Smuts Avenue & 6th Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
