Shipping Policy
Products purchased through our website will be delivered by way of a secured door-to-door courier service to the physical address documented during checkout. Therefore please ensure there will always be someone available to sign for your purchase. We cannot deliver to a post office box address.
We will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by you while ordering from our website. If you complete your order and notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately shop@leparcbytashas.com.
We have partnered with Community Couriers to deliver our products across South Africa.
We offer three options for shipping:
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping if you are located in the Johannesburg metropoles and:
- You spend over R1000 on an order
- Delivery time will be dependent on the location that your order is being delivered to but in general, shipping times are as follows:
- Johannesburg – 1-2 business days post order placement.
Overnight Delivery Service
If you need your delivery as quickly as possible (in Johannesburg):
- If you order before 12pm between Monday and Wednesday, we can have your delivery at your door the next working day. If an order is made later than 11am, your delivery will only leave our head office the following working day.
Please note: This delivery option will incur additional fees. Even if you qualify for free shipping by spending over R1000, you will need to pay extra for overnight delivery as charged by Community Couriers.
All goods in transit are insured. – MDS Collivery offering delivery nationally does not insure on perishables goods. Community couriers does insure all goods in transit for any damaged goods due to vehicle accidents, theft etc.
